We create advanced industrial solutions for energy and mobility
We are an integrated group that designs, manufactures, and installs advanced industrial solutions for the most demanding energy and mobility environments
Built on advanced stainless steels, high-nickel alloys, and CRA OCTG, including Sentinel® Prime premium connections and advanced machining services, we lead high-value niches in conventional and low-carbon energy, aerospace, and precision tubing. Innovation is the backbone of our value chain, from R&D and engineering through delivery and installation, ensuring performance in extreme temperature, pressure, and corrosive conditions. With an industrial footprint and service centers in 30+ countries, we operate close to major hubs. Our commitment to sustainability is endorsed by international frameworks, reinforcing a high-value proposition for global customers.

A key player in the energy transition
Engineering the Energy Trilemma: Security, Decarbonization, Competitiveness
At TUBACEX, we address the energy trilemma with a technology-neutral approach, contributing to energy security, decarbonization, and competitiveness through advanced industrial solutions and an integrated model (R&D, engineering, and manufacturing). In conventional energy, we strengthen reliability and uptime with CRA OCTG, premium Sentinel connections, and high-nickel alloys—including seamless tubes and critical components. For low-carbon technologies, we develop materials and components for CCUS, hydrogen, and nuclear, partnering with our clients on their decarbonization roadmaps to accelerate emissions reduction and process efficiency. In parallel, we enhance competitiveness with longer asset life, lower operating costs, and end-to-end service, underpinned by a global footprint.
Innovation towards a sustainable and advanced future
Innovating for a more prosperous and resilient future
Innovation is our core purpose and the foundation of our advanced industrial solutions. It is open and collaborative, coordinating R&D and testing laboratories. From the Energy Intelligence Center (EIC) hub, we drive projects in hydrogen, CO₂ capture, and Industry 4.0, validating materials and processes for extreme environments and accelerating their path to market deployment.

We have launched our NT2 Plan, aimed at leadership in energy and mobility
NT2 is our roadmap. After achieving the objectives of the previous cycle ahead of schedule, it consolidates our ambition to be a global leader in advanced industrial solutions for energy and mobility, with an integrated model (R&D, engineering, and manufacturing) and a multi-energy, holistic, and technology-neutral vision to serve all technologies, supported by a global footprint and long-term agreements. The plan is underpinned by solid results, a robust backlog, and a proven track record of transformation and delivery. Targets for 2027 include €1.2–1.4 billion in revenue, >€200 million in EBITDA, and Net Financial Debt/EBITDA < 2x, along with 30–40% shareholder remuneration. NT2 seeks to reduce cyclicality and diversify the mix, strengthening our position as a benchmark in sustainability and a generator of value.
